All Australians living with Specialist Disability Accommodation needs have equal access to safe and purpose built accommodation they can call home, enabling them to live happier, more independent lives.
The directors of Elida Capital, Sam Grimley and Sam Masi, bring a wealth of expertise across property development and investment strategy. Both have been closely involved with the SDA and NDIS landscape for a number of years and are passionate about helping NDIS participants to live happier, more independent lives through access to purpose built housing.
Director
Sam Grimley brings 13+ years of property development expertise, specialising in high-density residential, income-producing assets, and sustainable housing projects. He is a Board Member at Housing Renewal Australia, developer of South Australia's largest social housing regeneration project in two decades, Oaklands Green. Sam G has been following the landscape of SDA closely for the last 3+ years, building the necessary relationships to transition effectively into the space.
Director
Sam Masi is an experienced business development professional with a background in corporate law. Sam started his career at Allens before joining Vivienne Court Trading, where he led strategic initiatives across APAC and Japan.
Sam M has a deep knowledge of NDIS and is actively involved in the disability sector, currently serving on the Board of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance as a Non-Executive Director.

Chairman
Garry Charny brings a wealth of experience across high-growth and impact-driven ventures. Garry is the founder and Executive Chairman of Wolseley Corporate, a leading national and international corporate advisory and investment house. He is currently Chairman of High End, a director of Soprano Design, and a board member of Racing NSW.
Garry has extensive property experience and, until November 2024, was Chairman of listed Centuria Capital Limited (CNI- ASX 200) having grown it from 1.9 billion AUM to c. 22 billion AUM over 9 years.
