The directors of Elida Capital, Sam Grimley and Sam Masi, bring a wealth of expertise across property development and investment strategy. Both have been closely involved with the SDA and NDIS landscape for a number of years and are passionate about helping NDIS participants to live happier, more independent lives through access to purpose built housing.
Director
Sam Grimley brings 13+ years of property development expertise, specialising in high-density residential, income-producing assets, and sustainable housing projects. He is a Board Member at Housing Renewal Australia, developer of South Australia's largest social housing regeneration project in two decades, Oaklands Green. Sam G has been following the landscape of SDA closely for the last 3+ years, building the necessary relationships to transition effectively into the space.
Director
Sam Masi is an experienced business development professional with a background in corporate law. Sam started his career at Allens before joining Vivienne Court Trading, where he led strategic initiatives across APAC and Japan.
Sam M has a deep knowledge of NDIS and is actively involved in the disability sector, currently serving on the Board of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance as a Non-Executive Director.
