No opportunity is brought to market without the confidence from the Elida team that identified risks can be mitigated, minimised, or managed to ensure best outcomes for investors. This is a continual process, as market conditions are certain to change across fund and project timelines.
Elida is proud to partner with MARQ Trustees (marq.com.au) for Elida’s Funds. MARQ provides professional outsourced trustee, administration and registry services to our Funds and houses decades of financial services experience in managed funds. MARQ is responsible for the compliance and governance of our Funds to ensure they operate in accordance with their Constitutions, disclosure documentation, and the law. MARQ’s engagement provides the relevant expertise to manage compliance with the Fund’s KYC and Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing obligations, as well as ensuring investor privacy in line with the Australian Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
